Whitney is an RYT 200 Hatha Yoga Instructor, she has taken additional YTT workshops in various other Yoga subjects; Arm Balances, Yoga for Anxiety, etc, and is currently looking forward to a new course in Trauma Sensitive Yoga. Whitney works full time in an animal hospital, as a receptionist/assistant, enjoys a vegan lifestyle and spending time with fur babies, writing, and live music.
