
Susan is an E-RYT® 500, YACEP®, and founder of Bhakti Center Yoga based in NYC. With over 2,000 training hours, Susan’s teaching style is very nourishing, grounding and uplifting with a focus on breathing and the relationship with Self. Her teaching styles includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Prana Nidra, Pranayama, Prana Vidya Healing, and Chakra Meditation.
