Free Yoga Class: Hips and Hamstring Flow With Erin Motz
When you think about “tight” areas on your body, I bet one of them is definitely either the hips or the hamstrings. I think we all feel that way! Whether you’re an avid runner or someone who sits at a desk most of the day, it’s easy for tension to build up with any variation of either of these patterns. Erin is the co-founder of Bad Yogi. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years. You won’t hear much Sanskrit in her online classes, and believes that yoga is for everyone - from the kale loving vegan to the meat eating wine lover.
