
Erin is the co-founder of Bad Yogi. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and has been teaching yoga for nearly 15 years. You won’t hear much Sanskrit in her online classes, and believes that yoga is for everyone - from the kale loving vegan to the meat eating wine lover.
