5 Things A Yogi Should Never Apologize For

Here’s the deal: there’s enough judgment out there without the yoga world putting in their two cents. We are completely entitled to live whatever lifestyle we see fit, so forget about the rules and mandates and march to the beat of your own drum.
Never again will you apologize for…

Being yourself.

Whether you drink green smoothies and water with lemon before the sun rises, or you prefer mimosas and waffles over brunch, your lifestyle needs no excuses. Knowing (and owning) your own identity is a sign of self-respect. Be wholly YOU, always!

Speaking what’s on your mind and heart.

Speaking sincerely from these two places, even when it’s uncomfortable, will always keep your spirit light.

Missing yoga in favor of… not going to yoga.

The moment you start doing something out of guilt or obligation, take a break. Do something else to refresh your perspective on it and be at peace with your decision to do so.

And while we’re on the topic, never apologize for having guilty pleasures.
