 
            
        Katharine began practicing yoga to help balance college stress and strenuous workouts. Later on she progressed to teaching Pilates and Barre while attending graduate school and then her internship to become a Registered Dietitian Nutrition. Recently she decided to undertake a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and continues to offer Nutrition and wellness education and support to those seeking her help.
