Rachel Land is a Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist, E-RYT500, YACEP and teacher for Yoga Medicine. With years of personal mentoring from her teacher, Tiffany Cruikshank, Rachel now runs workshops and anatomy trainings as well as co-teaching some of the Yoga Medicine® 500hr orthopedic modules. She is based in Queenstown, New Zealand.
