Break down the month, day and year you were born, then find the sum
Let’s use March 19, 2011 as an example:

March is the 3rd month (0 + 3 = 3)
The date is the 19th (1 + 9 = 10 which reduces to 1 + 0 = 1)
The year 2011 (2 + 0 + 1 + 1 = 4)
Now add the remaining single digits (3 + 1 + 4 = 7)
7 = the Life Path number
