- ⅓ cup zucchini, chopped
- ¼ ripe avocado
- ¼ cup peas
- 3 cups of lettuce leaves
- ½ of one orange, chopped
- ⅓ cup berries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- ½ cup steamed, cooled sweet potato or pumpkin
- 1 cup plant-based milk of choice
- 1 tsp. beetroot powder or acai powder to add more vibrant color (optional)
Smoothie Bowl Preparation:
Simply place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and top with your favorite seeds for extra crunch and nutrition!
