This Is the Life-Altering Importance of Practicing Radical Gratitude

Albert Einstein said that, “There are only two ways to live your life: One is as though nothing is a miracle. The other is as though everything is a miracle.” It is plain to see which side of the spectrum that amazing man lived on.
Did you know that billions of microorganisms live within a single dewdrop? This same incomprehensible number lives within our own bodies, truly demonstrating the infinite amount of life, seen and unseen, that exists all around (and within) us. I don’t know about you, but I would classify this as a miracle!
It is so refreshing and awe-inspiring to view the world through the lens of wonder. When we are capable of living our life with the knowledge that miracles exist all around us, we can tap into the incredible power of gratitude.
Be thankful for what you have, and you’ll end up having more. Concentrate on what you don’t have, and you’ll never have enough.
In honor of the holiday season, I challenge you to devote time to acknowledging just some of the countless things you have to be grateful for. (We’d love to hear your list in our comments below!!)
Thanksgiving warms the heart through a heightened awareness of all the things we have to be grateful for. But let’s be real – we should practice gratitude every day, 365 days a year.
This Is the Power of Practicing Radical Gratitude
Whatever our circumstances, if we strive daily to acknowledge and appreciate the smallest of miracles in our life, we sharpen our ability to perceive and experience abundance. Being able to recognize, acknowledge, and focus on the smallest aspects of what we have to be grateful for is what creates a practice of radical gratitude.
Adopt an attitude of gratitude and change the way you feel right now.
Gratitude is merely a vehicle of focusing our attention on everything positive in our life. When we are able to focus on the good, we are able to create and attract more of the same.
Begin each day with a grateful heart. Adopt an attitude of gratitude and change the way you feel right now. Because what you think about with feeling, you become. Be thankful for what you have, and you’ll end up having more. Concentrate on what you don’t have, and you’ll never have enough.
Gratitude turns what we have into enough. Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life, and the ability to witness miracles. View your life through the lens of radical gratitude – the gateway to all abundance.
