Join Kumari for a floor-based deep stretch class designed to gently release tension and create space throughout the body. Slow, supported shapes help soften the hips, spine, and shoulders while encouraging ease through gravity and stillness. Kumari will weave in gentle breathing practices throughout to support a calm nervous system, followed by a guided relaxation to leave you grounded, spacious and refreshed.
