Move forward with clarity in this momentum-building strength and mobility practice. Optional handweights add challenge as we pair controlled strengthening with intentional mobility work, finishing with a gentle cool-down to counter this action-oriented class. Handweights are optional - and lighter weight is recommended (2-5 lbs). If you don't have weights, you can substitute yoga blocks or go weight-free and still receive the full benefits of this practice.
