JP Sears Talks Cliché Yoga Accessories with Yoga Journal (Funny Video)
Crystals, yoga pants, mala beads and yoga mats . . . JP Sears teams up with Yoga Journal to deliver yet another hilarious video parody about what your yoga accessories say about you.
In the yoga community, there are quite a few clichés that we can lightheartedly laugh at – a funny because it’s true kind of thing. JP Sears is the resident woke comic in the spiritual community and has built a reputation for dropping truth bombs on the all-too-common, yet hilarious, yoga stereotypes.
This video uncovers just what your yoga accessoires say about you. According to JP, wearing fashionable mala beads and practicing yoga at the beach (and likely taking a yoga selfie) don’t necessarily mean you’re a highly enlightened being . . . they mean you’re pretty much enlightened, with a dash of elitism, and want people to know it.
JP recently launched a book, How to Be Ultra Spiritual: 12 ½ Steps to Spiritual Superiority (no doubt funny and filled with truth bombs) and he’s used this video for some shameless, and comical, self promotion. We can’t wait to check out his book, but in the meantime, have a laugh and press play on this video.
