Damn Girl! The Ridiculously Hard Workout Jessica Biel Used to Prepare for the Emmys

Talented actress and wife of Justin Timberlake Jessica Biel shows us how pistol squats are really done in this ridiculously difficult variation she used as part of her pre-Emmy workout routine.
The pistol squat is challenging in and of itself and one of the best booty-toning workouts you can do. It’s a one-legged squat with the opposite leg extended as you lower down slowly and press back to standing. Pistol squats require massive strength and stability, but the payoff is well worth the challenge as Jessica Biel can attest to.
Her trainer Ben Bruno calls her workout “seriously, seriously impressive.”
Jessica takes it to an entirely new level by adding hand weights and doing the reps several feet off the ground to add to the challenge. On Instagram, her trainer Ben Bruno calls her workout as “seriously, seriously impressive,” and we definitely agree.
