This Meditation Studio On Wheels Is Taking Mindfulness to the Next Level

Meditation studios are popping up everywhere lately. They’re like yoga studios, but their sole focus is meditation and mindfulness. Each studio has its own unique vibe, which allows practitioners to choose the kind of meditation experience they’re looking for.

But there’s a new kid in town.
A New Trend in Meditation
Meet Be Time – a meditation studio on wheels bringing mindfulness to the streets of New York City. They made a commitment to bring meditation to as many people as possible in as many places as possible – and they’re rocking it!
So this was my immediate thought: meditation right up against the busy streets of New York? . . . how? The Be Time meditation bus is completely soundproofed. They even have it decked out with soothing LED lights, aromatherapy, cushions, and blankets. You’ll step in and think you got warped into a different dimension.
This curated meditation experience was created by two Miami-based architects. They brought the vision of Be Time to life in order to create an immersive meditation experience. According to Be Time, “Once you step in, the noise and chatter of the city fade as you focus on your breath.” Now, doesn’t that sound nice?
You can pop in for 30-minute guided meditation sessions in several locations and at many times throughout the day. And don’t worry – once you’re meditating on the bus, it doesn’t move. You won’t step out in a different hood, just with a different mindset. Check out their website for the complete meditation schedule, as well as the opportunity to become a meditation member.
