Bad days – we all have them. But the good news is we don’t have to suffer through them! Often all we need is a reset button to start fresh, wipe the slate clean, and get on with our lives.
So – how do we do this when we’re feeling down in the dumps and can’t seem to shake that negative, sad or gloomy mood?
Yoga is a great start!!
You can always turn to your yoga practice and jump on your mat anytime you need to work through something or let something go. Yoga is always there for you . . . remember that.
But it doesn’t end there. What happens when you combine moving your body with conscious breathing, feel-good stretches, smiles, and even a mini dance party?!
