Why does it seem like self-love is so hard to come by? It’s so easy to love other people, to build them up, tell them how well they’re doing, and vehemently deny any doubts they may have about themselves. But when it comes to turning that love inward and practicing self-love? That’s hard work!

The good news is, finding self-love can be as simple or as complicated as you make it.

From something as simple as indulging in your favorite treat to staring at yourself in the mirror and literally telling yourself “I love you,” you can practice self-love in many ways. Check out the list below for twenty-five delightful and simple ways you can practice self-love today.
