A Beautiful AcroYoga Video
In this video AcroYogis Noga Schwartz and Roi Silberberg perform an absolutely incredible AcroYoga sequence in multiple locations around the world. They then fuse them into one cohesive expression of everything that is beautiful about AcroYoga.
There are many reasons to love this video. These two yogis are adorable, the art direction is immersive, and the track, Dr. Toast by Epicycles, is sooo perfect! But the main reason we love this video so much is because you can feel the surrendered trust between Noga and Roi. Trust is something we all struggle with – You can see in this video that when trust is your base (quite literally here), everything else just works. AcroYoga is all about trust and energetic connection. We highly suggest grabbing a friend or loved one and giving it a try!
