A Dance of Inner Connectedness (Video)

Namaste has many meanings, but it’s most common Sanskrit translation is, “The light in me honors the light in you.” By saying Namaste, we are acknowledging the potential for love and light in all beings. What an important acknowledgment indeed!

Glass Animals is a beautiful song, perfect for your yoga playlist in a gentle flow or yin class, or as a warm-up song in a vinyasa class. The music video inspired me to contemplate the concept of Namaste and how it teaches us about the interconnection of all people. The lights between the two dancers remain connected, tracing geometric shapes and symbols as they lead us through a mesmerizing dance that to me is a meditation in motion of how all beings are connected by their inner light. Enjoy, and namaste.
