This Vinyasa Flow Is Crazy Good (Video)

If you’re anything like me, you go to the same yoga class, at the same time, with the same teacher on the same days of the week and you’re getting a little uninspired by the same mundane intermediate flow.

Don’t get me wrong, I still feel like a million bucks every time savasana comes around but I often dream of changing it up, and today I’ve decided that my dream looks a whole lot like this…

The yogi in the video is Dylan Werner – this dude is incredible. Dylan teaches around the world but is based out of good ol’ Los Angeles. You can check his website for his class schedule. Thanks for the inspiration Dylan!
