For each Fab Four Smoothie, the formula includes:

1. Protein (20 grams minimum)
Protein grows and repairs every single cell in the body – including skin, hair, muscles, and more. So, it’s critical that you consume enough of it every day.

  • 1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • Large Handful of Spinach
  • 10-12 oz Water
  • 6-8 Ice Cubes

 

 

Directions:

In no particular order, add all ingredients listed above into blender of choice. Blend everything together until completely combined. Add more water, ice, etc. until your perfect consistency and taste is achieved!
